Vision Freedom Academy is strictly an educational institution only and is NOT:

2. No Live Trading, No Signals, No Trade Execution Guidance
Although training sessions are conducted live, Vision Freedom Academy:
• Does not conduct live market trading sessions
• Does not provide real-time trade entries, exits, stop-losses, or targets
• Does not issue trading calls, signals, or tips
• Does not instruct students on what to trade, when to trade, or how much to trade
All teaching is based on:
• Historical market data
• Past price behavior
• Strategy structure and logic
• Market analysis methodology
• Educational simulations
Students independently decide whether and how to participate in live markets at their own discretion
and risk.
3. No Guarantee of Profits or Returns
Trading and financial markets involve substantial risk and are not suitable for everyone.
Vision Freedom Academy:

Losses are possible and are an inherent part of trading. Individual results depend on multiple factors
including discipline, psychology, risk management, capital, practice, and market conditions.
4. Course Fees, Commercial Terms & Refund Policy
All fees paid to Vision Freedom Academy are strictly in consideration of:
• Structured educational programs
• Professional training services
• Curriculum design and delivery
• Intellectual property and proprietary trading systems
• Learning infrastructure and mentorship support
Payment of fees does not constitute:
• A promise of profitability
• A guarantee of success
• An assurance of income
• A performance-linked service or outcome-based contract
Since the services provided are educational and digital in nature, and the value is delivered through
access to intellectual property, live training, recordings, and learning resources, all fees are nonrefundable, except where mandatory under applicable consumer protection laws.
Inability to generate profits, occurrence of trading losses, or dissatisfaction based on individual
trading performance shall not be construed as:
• Misrepresentation
• Deficiency of service
• Fraud
• Negligence
• Misconduct
by Vision Freedom Academy, its management, or its trainers, and shall not entitle the participant to
any refund, chargeback, or compensation.
5. Student Responsibility & Limitation of Liability
By enrolling in any program of Vision Freedom Academy, every participant expressly acknowledges
and agrees that:
• Trading is inherently risky
• Financial losses may occur
• No guarantees of returns are provided
• All trading decisions in live markets are made solely at the student’s own discretion
• Vision Freedom Academy, its Founder, directors, trainers, employees, and affiliates shall not
be held liable for any financial loss, damage, or outcome arising from the application of
educational content
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted under
applicable law
6. Legal Jurisdiction
This disclaimer, along with Vision Freedom Academy’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
Vision Freedom Academy’s role is limited strictly to education, training, and skill development.
We do not sell profits. We do not sell signals. We do not sell guarantees.
We provide knowledge, structure, and learning — nothing more, nothing less.
